•Exchanges on Defected Items:
We only offer exchanges if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
To qualify, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel — just send us a message with clear photos on WhatsApp or Instagram DM, and we’ll take it from there 💌
If your item does not pass our final quality check before shipping, we’ll cancel the order and notify you right away — your happiness matters most to us.
•Size & Color Clarifications:

As for colors — we try our best to match them with what you see in pictures. But due to lighting and fabric dye differences, a slight variation in shade may occur.
•Order Cancellations:
Once your order is processed and begins production, it cannot be cancelled, as each piece is made especially for you.
Also, if an item goes out of stock or doesn’t meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to cancel it — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
